New Yorks Silverline sets up in India

Silverline, a Salesforce Platinum Cloud Alliance Partner headquartered in New York City, has announced that it has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in India. Located in Bengaluru, the announcement of Silverline India was described as an important step toward global growth for Silverline. Silverline CEO Gireesh Sonnad said: “As we continue to highlight the positive experiences of our customers, partners, and employees, it has become clear that we also need to focus on the growth of our teams by establishing a direct presence in India, specifically in Bengaluru. “We are proud to provide the #1 rated Employee Experience as ranked by Glassdoor, and are excited to bring that experience to our Indian team.” In addition to entering the global market, Silverline India provides a unique opportunity for Silverline to improve capacity and scalability. The integrated team will widen the scope of technical competencies, allowing for the delivery of more innovative and cost-effective solutions to support the growth of customers and partners.

In a move that renewed hope in India’s civil aviation circles, and sent waves of optimism in business circles, the Tata Group acquired beleaguered national carrier Air India for $2.4 billion last week. The transaction will be completed by December 2021.
